ZACHARY GREEN
CO-FOUNDER
Graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former lieutenant with his local fire department, Zachary is the founder of two successful start-ups. MN8 has three global brands (LumAware, Foxfire, and ClearGuard) and has grossed close to 30 Million dollars and raised $4+ Million in venture funding. The products are now used by over 80,000 firefighters and three of the nation’s largest retailers in addition to being carried by The Home Depot and Fergson Supply.

RICHARD THOMAS
CO-FOUNDER
Graduate of Princeton University. A US Army Intelligence Special Operations veteran of Vietnam, Richard founded Legacy Leadership as the most recent of his ventures in the field of experiential leadership and team development training and consulting. As co-founder of Battlefield Leadership, he pioneered in the area of battlefield-based corporate executive education for dozens of Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical, financial services, energy and consumer packaged goods sectors.
